Lord Jesus, we come to you this day and ask for your mercy and healing power to cover our world, country, town and especially our All Saints Central community. Every student, sibling, parent, guardian, teacher, staff member, volunteer, coach, friend, supporter, alumni, priest and religious needs your protection and guidance.
Help us, Lord, as we stay at home and fight this; as we pray for the the medical community and the world as it races for a prevention, cure and treatment. Please hear our cries for relief from this pandemic, combined with the cries and efforts from those around the world as we seek hope, peace and healing.
We understand that this illness has affected all of us. It has touched every aspect of our lives and at times we can feel overwhelmed and afraid. However, let us not forget that You are bigger than all of this. Your mercy and presence are greater than all of our needs combined. Our ASC families that are touched by the effects of this virus through illness, separation and loss of job security know that they do not stand alone. Lord, we know You stand with us, before us and behind us as this battle rages-You do not leave us abandoned.
Dear Lord, may we always be a reflection of Your light within and trust in Your love and amazing grace.
All Saints, pray for us. Amen.
